Bulk packaging on a pallet is a comprehensive solution for projects with a large amount of product, or those with bulky products. It is made up of slotted-type containers and pallets matched to the size required for the boxes. This setup typically also uses spacers, inserts, and fillers. This solution is usually used in heavy industry, replacing metal crates, or in the automotive industry, replacing plastic packaging. This alternative is more eco-friendly and allows for the reduction of transportation costs associated with returning reusable packaging.
We specialise in the production of packaging for bulky items with non-standard dimensions. Our products are made of the highest-quality corrugated cardboard. When necessary, the containers are strengthened with wooden reinforcements.
We deliver these types of containers in their folded form (the cardboard is nailed to the pallet, and the unfolded inserts fill out the inside). These are part of the JIT logistics system (Just In Time), for which the most important factor is time.
